We're happy to announce the return of SPON Shiso & Fuyu Persimmon! This is three-year-old spontaneously fermented beer from the winter of 2019 (Jester King coolship season no. 7). We created a soft, mellow blend and re-fermented with Texas Fuyu Persimmons grown in Mexia, Texas to the east of Waco. We then added Japanese Red Shiso before bottling.

We're excited to release this year's batch of Jester King Blueberry Wine! This wine is 100% blueberries fermented with our house mixed culture. We don't add anything else but blueberries and yeast.

After the crush, we did primary fermentation in stainless steel, then pressed and racked to neutral oak for six months. We blended and packaged the wine still. 7.9% abv.

Our latest hazy IPA is out! We've simply dubbed it Jester King Hazy IPA. It's hopped with Galaxy, Sabro, and Strata and fermented with Imperial A38 Juice. We've kept the ABV fairly restrained for the style at 5.8%, so as to make it a nice drinker for people visiting Jester King during the beautiful spring months. Cheers!

We're happy to release RU55 Batch 9! RU55 is our barrel-aged Flanders-style red ale. About two years ago we brewed a wort with pilsner and caramel malt and barrel aged it. Nocturn Chrysalis batch 8 is here! Nocturn Chrysalis is our barrel-aged wild ale refermented with six pounds per gallon Marion Blackberries! Batch 8 ranks up there with the best of our Nocturn Chrysalis blends in our opinion. It's decadently jammy, gorgeous in color, and has a beautiful, soft acidity with a hint of funk. Our first wine release of the new year is here — Jester King 2022 Sparkling Cherry Wine!

Our Sparkling Cherry Wine is a blend of 50% Balaton and 50% Montmorency cherries from Michigan. Our first SPON release this year is a dual one — 2021 SPON Touriga Nacional and 2021 SPON Chenin Blanc!

Introducing Chamango! This beer is inspired by the Mexican drink Mangonada or Chamango. It was brewed with tamarind, barrel-aged for over a year, re-fermented with mangos, then finished with additions of chamoy and Tajín. Last year, we brewed an imperial stout re-fermented with blackberries called Nocturn Serenade. We then aged the beer for 13 months in maple syrup bourbon barrels. The results are quite vinous and remind us of port wine. Naturally conditioned in kegs in 750ml "genie" bottles. 12.3% abv.
