Introducing Chamango! This beer is inspired by the Mexican drink Mangonada or Chamango. It was brewed with tamarind, barrel-aged for over a year, re-fermented with mangos, then finished with additions of chamoy and Tajín. We get a nice mix of savory spice and tropical fruit character in a beer we find layered but quite drinkable. 7.6% abv.

For Doom Forge Day next Sunday, February 20th, we're excited to release Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged Nocturn Serenade!

Last year, we brewed an imperial stout re-fermented with blackberries called Nocturn Serenade. We then aged the beer for 13 months in maple syrup bourbon barrels. The results are quite vinous and remind us of port wine. Naturally conditioned in kegs in 750ml "genie" bottles. 12.3% abv.

A Pale Green Horse Kveik India Pale Ale is here! Brewed in collaboration with our great friends at Yazoo Brewing Company in Nashville, Tennessee. A Pale Green Horse is one of our personal favorites. We're excited to release our latest batch of Munich-Style Helles Lager! It's brewed with softened Hill Country well water, 100% Weyermann Floor-Malted Pilsner, and Hallertau Mittelfruh.
