Le Petit Prince is our Farmhouse Table Beer brewed with Trinity Aquifer water, Texas-grown Llano Pilsner and Denton County Wheat from TexMalt, and Saaz hops. We dry hop it with more Saaz. It's fermented in stainless steel with our house culture of brewers yeast and native yeast.
