For Doom Forge Day next Sunday, February 20th, we're excited to release Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged Nocturn Serenade!

Last year, we brewed an imperial stout re-fermented with blackberries called Nocturn Serenade. We then aged the beer for 13 months in maple syrup bourbon barrels. The results are quite vinous and remind us of port wine. Naturally conditioned in kegs in 750ml "genie" bottles. 12.3% abv.

Available by the glass and in bottles to go (750ml/$40) onsite in the shop at Jester King on Doom Forge Day, Sunday, 2/20 starting at 11am. We have about 550 bottles available. 11 bottle limit. No distribution. Shipping/delivery illegal in Texas.
