Single-decoction mashed with TexMalt Llano Pilsner. Kettle hopped with Hallertauer Magnum, Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, and Czech Saaz. Fermented in horizontal stainless with lager yeast from Community Cultures Yeast Lab. Patiently lagered for five weeks prior to canning on 01/21/21. 4.8% abv.
