Gin Barrel-Aged Nocturn Chrysalis is a blend of farmhouse ale matured in oak wine barrels for roughly a year, refermented with Marion blackberries, then barrel-aged another eight months in Old Tom gin barrels from Ransom Wine Co. & Distillery in Oregon!

The result is one of our favorite melding of flavors. We get notes of sloe gin liqueur, blackberry-basil jam, pink negroni, Grape Fun Dip, and amaro sour. 7.0% abv. 100% naturally conditioned.
