Today we're releasing B is for B______, a collaboration with Brekeriet in Landskrona, Sweden! B is for B______ is a barrel aged wild ale rested overnight in our coolship and matured for two years in neutral oak.

Brewed with well water, local Amber Waves and Silver Star malt from Blacklands Malt, and aged hops from our barn, B is for B______ rested overnight in our coolship in February of 2018. It underwent mixed culture fermentation in a foudre before being racked into neutral oak barrels. Two years later, we blended the mature barrels and naturally conditioned the beer through refermentation in bottles and kegs.

B is for B______ is 5.4% ABV. It's available for curbside pickup at Jester King 7 days a week from 12-8pm in 750ml bottles ($20).
