Please note that our point of sale system utilizes a pre-authorization system for opening tabs and oftentimes the second charge will disappear from your statement within a few business days.
Open tabs that are not closed by guests, before end of day, are subject to a 20% gratuity. Gratuity is included to ensure our dedicated staff members are recognized for their exceptional service throughout your experience.
For credit card disputes, email the date and amount of the transaction, what the issue is, as well as the last name of the cardholder and the last four digits of the credit card used to firstname.lastname@example.org.
