Just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday, Jester King presents a pre-sale, including some of our newest seasonal bakery items along as two special holiday food offerings to round out your family meal! Pick up a loaf of our tasty Hill Country Sourdough bread (seen above) or another tasty side offering, along with Jester King beer or one of the wonderful guest wines and ciders available for curbside pickup.

Pickup for Thanksgiving Pre-Sale items can only be scheduled for Wednesday, November 25th, between 3 and 8pm. Quantities are limited so order your Jester King Kitchen baked goods and other items quickly!

Thanksgiving Meal Offerings: Cranberry Sauce and Cornmeal Stuffing

No Thanksgiving feast would be complete without traditional and tasty cranberry sauce and stuffing! Jester King Kitchen is offering a housemade smooth cranberry sauce by the pint (16 oz) and classic cornbread dressing made with Barton Springs Mill cornmeal (16 oz).

Chocolate Butternut Squash Babka

Our seasonal babka features cocoa dough, white chocolate and a roasted butternut squash ganache, topped with toasted pumpkin seeds. This braided bread is a delightful balance of sweet and savory and showcases the flavors of the butternut squash roasted in our own Jester King wood-fired ovens.

Cranberry Pecan Pull Apart Sourdough Rolls

These seasonal pull apart rolls are made with Barton Springs Mill flour, house sourdough culture, fall spiced pecans, and cranberries.

The pecans are seasoned with cinnamon and mace then toasted before being added to the dough with dried cranberries. Here's what lead baker Jonathan Sanchez has to say about these tasty rolls:

"The Barton Springs Mill Rouge de Bordeaux whole wheat flour we use gives off a cinnamon aroma, and the addition of the spiced pecans is a perfect complement that is further enhanced by just a touch of sweetness from the cranberries."

We will be closed Thursday, November 26, so that our staff can enjoy a well-deserved day off with family and friends. We've extended our hours for Friday, November 27 and will offer two dining and drinking sessions. Reservations are required, so be sure to book your spot today!
