Today at Noon central we're releasing I Voted Today DDH American Pale Ale! Our I Voted Today beer is part of a nationwide voter awareness initiative led by Tired Hands Brewing Company in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. A portion of the proceeds from Jester King I Voted Today will go to Jolt Initiative, a non-partisan, non-profit, statewide organization in Texas working to increase the civic participation of Latinos to build a stronger democracy and ensure that everyone’s voice is heard.
I Voted Today was brewed with Blacklands Malt Silver Star Two Row, Malted Oats from Texmalt, Centennial, Amarillo, and Simcoe. It was double dry-hopped with more Centennial, Amarillo, and Simcoe, as well as Centennial and Simcoe Cryo. We get classic dank, piney, citrusy APA character with a firm, rounded bitterness. 5.9% ABV and canned on October 2nd, 2020.
I Voted Today will be released at Jester King on Monday, October 5th, 2020 at Noon CST. We have about 200 cases. Four-pack cans are $14. No limit. Order online at https://www.toasttab.com/jesterkingbrewery/v3 or make a reservation to come to visit us at https://www.exploretock.com/jesterkingbrewery/. We anticipate I Voted Today will only be available at Jester King. Proxies welcome (please designate). Texas law prohibits us from shipping or delivering beer.
Thank you to our long-time friends at Tired Hands for leading the I Voted Today Initiative. We're proud to take part in it and play a small role in increasing civic participation in America.
