We're pleased to introduce Jester King Italian-Style Pilsner!
Single decoction mash with Weyermann Eraclea malt (grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice) and a touch of CaraMuchich. Kettle hopped with Hallertau Magnum and Hallertau Mittelfruh. Fermented with lager yeast from Community Cultures Yeast Lab in San Antonio. Dry-hopped with Spalter Select and Saphir. Lagered for four weeks. Dry, earthy, peppery, herbal, with a touch of floral and a pleasant bitterness. Crisp and drinkable. 5.0% ABV.
