Collaboration Dinner this Monday with Bufalina

We are extremely excited to announce that our kitchen will be heading into Austin next Monday, February 25th for a collaboration pop up dinner at Bufalina on Cesar Chavez. Jester King Executive Chef Damien Brockway and Bufalina Head Chef Marko Alaupovic teamed up to create a special one-time menu for this event. Both kitchen teams will be working together to prepare the dishes at Bufalina.

This will be our first collaboration as a kitchen team and we couldn’t be more excited for it to be with our friends at Bufalina! As a brewery, we have done a number of collaboration beers. It’s a great way to experiment and brew beers outside of our norm. What is noticeably missing from the menu is pizza. Just as with the brewery collaborations, this kitchen collaboration is meant to highlight the range and talent of both kitchen teams.


Amuse Bouche - fresh bocconcini, preserved chilies, rosemary blossom

Gulf Fish Crudo - corn shoyu, avocado, fermented lime

Farm Greens - preserved lemon vinaigrette, assorted radish, cured duck egg

Smoked Cauliflower - sunflower pesto, cultured oil, wild herbs

Fresh Pasta - borage butter, crispy pancetta, gulf oyster cream

Smoked Pork Saddle - roasted orange broth, wilted lettuce, bay laurel

Mushroom Consomme - charred alliums, potato, mace

Lemongrass Panna Cotta - peach leaf ice cream, toasted bayou rice, sea salt

Additionally, Bufalina will have Birra di Sangiovese, Terroir Project, Vague Recollection, Fen Tao, Super Ultramega Hyperforce, and 2018 SPON 3 year blend available for the dinner.

This collaboration dinner is 5-9pm on Monday, February 25th at Bufalina on Cesar Chavez. This event is non-ticketed and is open to the public. We hope you join us!
