Last month we added 2,000 lbs. of raspberries from Washington state to oak barrels with wild, sour beer. We have high hopes for the beer given the fantastic aroma of the raspberries we added. However, we can’t be sure of how this experiment will turn out, so we can’t make any promises yet as to if or when this beer will be released. If all goes well, we’ll be able to release our first fruited barrel-aged, sour beer sometime later this year.
