Das WUNDERKIND!
Das WUNDERKIND! is an American wheat ale heavily hopped with a blend of Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe and fermented with a clean, crisp California ale yeast strain. It's a session beer with a fairly low ABV and simple grain bill, but flavorful as all hell with copious amounts of hops late in the boil and dry hops after fermentation. It's delicious with foods such as salads, sushi or vegetable dishes.

Impaler Vlad
Impaler Vlad pours tangerine orange with a roseblush head. Its nose imparts a fruity scent of harvested wheat. A zesty citrus flavor is present from the blood oranges used in the recipe. Belgian yeast creates a slightly tart, fruit taste that balances some of the initial sweetness. After aging in pinot noir barrels, Impaler Vlad takes on a soft, rosy, sweetness that oozes complexity and melds the worlds of beer and wine. The mouthfeel is bubbly and mildly dry, which makes it a nice match for dishes such as Cornish game hen, roast duck and milder varieties of cheese.
